No events or parties are allowed per city ordinance. Items left behind are held for up to 14 days, and a $35 lost and found management fee applies if you’d like an item returned, and guests must provide a prepaid shipping label. A $150 penalty will be charged if the camera is disconnected, tampered with, or moved from its original position. All guests are required to complete a mandatory identity verification after booking, including providing their full name, residential address, email address, and phone number.
