The Emerson is beautifully maintained, with stunning bay views that make every day feel like a vacation. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the water is an absolute treat! The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I need for comfortable living. Laura and the management team is exceptional—always responsive, friendly, and eager to help with any questions or concerns. The community events are a great touch, providing opportunities to meet neighbors and enjoy the social aspects of the complex. The location is another major plus, with easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and recreational areas. All around 5 stars!

We couldn't be happier with our decision to move to The Emerson on Rocky Point! The rooftop lounge with its bay views is a favorite spot to work or watch the sunset. We love spending time at the resort-style pool and fitness center. What truly sets The Emerson apart is the staff and events! The staff on the ground is exceptional - always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any need! Marissa was great at showing us the apartment and answering all of our questions; we enjoyed the process with her. Laura is so kind and was helpful with our move-in process and accommodations. Lauren is always happy to help answer any questions. Sydney always is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help. She is the best! They always make sure everything we need is handled! Maintenance is always quick to fix any problems and is knowledgeable. The cleaning staff always takes the time to make sure the common spaces are thoroughly cleaned, they are friendly and even offer helping hand in taking out my trash. Michael is a great receptionist who is trustworthy and always happy to be there. The events organized here are always fun and unique. We love the workout classes, farmers market, food trucks, and wide range of events to attend! We feel incredibly lucky to call The Emerson home and highly recommend it to anyone looking in Tampa!
