It's conveniently located close to all medical institutes and within walking distance of MD Anderson. This apartment is pet-friendly (aggressive breeds are not allowed). A pet fee applies if you intend to bring a pet. Guest must place the parking tag/permit/sticker on the front windshield in a visible location and can park anywhere that is not reserved or handicap. If a late checkout is requested and approved in advance, the cost for a 12:00 pm checkout will be $55, 12:30pm $65, 13:00pm $75. Same day checkout request for 1pm will be $65 when approved. The apartment is located in the medical center area, close to all medical institutes and within walking distance of MD Anderson. This is a non-smoking property; smoking in the unit, on the balcony, or in the community will result in a $600 penalty for treatment and odor removal. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; any reservation will be immediately terminated, and you will need to vacate the unit on the spot and lose all reservation payments, and you will also be penalized with a $500 charge. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way with the building leasing office or building staff; all concerns, requests, and issues must be communicated through the host and associates. Contacting the leasing office may result in termination of your reservation and a penalty of $400. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends; a noise violation will result in an $80 charge. A trash violation will result in an $80 charge. If you fail to vacate the unit by 11:00 am, you will be responsible for a new cleaning fee of $120 and $50 for every 30 minutes that pass. Please do not forget to leave the key sets, fobs, and parking pass; each item will cost $200 to replace. Upon check-in, you will be required to present your ID. A small check-in form needs to be signed upon arrival. Cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, and leaves the place as they found it. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged.
