Live at the center of excitement and energy on Post Oak Blvd. This apartment offers access to a beautiful amenity complex. The unit is pet friendly (aggressive breeds not allowed), and there is a pet fee; communicate with the host if you intend to bring a pet. If a late checkout is requested and approved in advance, the cost for a 12:30 pm checkout will be $35. Same-day checkout request for 1 pm will be $65 when approved. This apartment is centrally located. This is a non-smoking property; no smoking is allowed in the unit, on the balcony, or in the community. A $600 penalty will be charged for treatment and odor removal. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; reservations will be immediately terminated, and you will need to vacate the unit on the spot and lose the full reservation payment; you will also be penalized with a $500 charge. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way for whatever reason with the building leasing office and the building staff; all concerns, requests, and issues are communicated through the host and associates. Contacting the leasing office may result in the termination of your reservation, and a penalty of $400 will be charged. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends; a noise violation will incur an $80 charge. A trash violation will incur an $80 charge. Early check-in, if doable, will cost $75. Late check-in, if doable, will cost $75. Cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g., someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Please do not forget to leave the key sets, fobs, and parking pass (I must have them ready for the next guest); each item will cost $100 to replace. Guest must place parking tag/permit/sticker on the front windshield in a visible location and can park anywhere that is not reserved or handicap. The host or one of the management company agents will contact you and will check you in or will provide you with self-check-in instructions; we may request your email address in order to communicate with you. You will be required to present your ID upon check-in in order to validate it is you. There is a small check-in form that needs to be signed upon arrival. Work orders are done by the community and will need an allowance of 24/48 hr depending on the urgency of the case to get fixed; maintenance will be allowed to enter the unit in order to fix the issue. Guest must place parking tag/permit /sticker on the front windshield in a visible location and can park anywhere that is not reserved or handicap.
