You'll have everything you need for your stay, from cookware to housewares. Early check-in and late check-out are available if doable for a fee. There is a pet fee if you intend to bring a pet, but aggressive breeds are not allowed. Guest must place parking tag/permit /sticker on the front windshield in a visible location and can park anywhere that is not reserved or handicap. I will not be responsible for any towing please notice and adhere the community parking rules and signs. Centrally located, this apartment offers convenient access to the medical center and surrounding areas. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking in the unit, on the balcony, or in the community will result in a $600 penalty for treatment and odor removal. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation, loss of full payment, and a $500 charge. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way with the building leasing office or staff; all concerns, requests, and issues must be communicated through the host and associates. Contacting the leasing office may result in termination of your reservation and a $400 penalty. Please remember to leave the key sets, fobs, and parking pass, as each item will cost $100 to replace. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. If any lease violations are received, the guest will be charged $80 for a noise violation (quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends) and $80 for a trash violation.
