For your convenience, an iron and a washer are provided. This unit is pet-friendly, with aggressive breeds not allowed. A pet fee applies, please communicate with the host if you intend to bring a pet. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $75 and $35-$65 respectively, subject to approval. Our prime central location in the prestigious Medical Center area of Houston is just minutes from downtown, Rice University, the Houston Zoo & Museum District, and major freeways. This is a non-smoking property; smoking is prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, and in the community, with a $600 penalty for treatment and odor removal. Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed, and violations will result in immediate termination of the reservation and a $500 charge. Guests are strictly prohibited from contacting or visiting the building's leasing office or staff; all concerns must be communicated through the host. Failure to return key sets, fobs, and parking passes will result in a $100 replacement fee per item. Guests must display the parking tag/permit/sticker visibly on the front windshield and adhere to community parking rules. A check-in form must be signed upon arrival, and guests are required to present their ID.
