No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation, loss of full payment, and a $500 charge. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way with the building leasing office or staff; all concerns, requests, and issues must be communicated through the host and associates, as contacting the leasing office may result in termination of the reservation and a $400 penalty. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends; a noise violation will result in an $80 charge. A trash violation will result in an $80 charge.
