Centrally located, this apartment offers convenient access to the medical center and surrounding areas. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking in the unit, on the balcony, or in the community will result in a $600 penalty for treatment and odor removal. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation, loss of full payment, and a $500 charge. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way with the building leasing office or staff; all concerns, requests, and issues must be communicated through the host and associates.
