This is a non-smoking property; no smoking is allowed in the unit, on the balcony, or in the community. A $600 penalty will be charged for treatment and odor removal. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; violating this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation, loss of the full payment, and a $500 charge. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way with the building leasing office or the building staff; all concerns, requests, and issues must be communicated through the host and associates. Contacting the leasing office may result in termination of your reservation. The leasing office is off-limits for guests. Please do not forget to leave the key sets, fobs, and parking pass, as each item will cost $100 to replace. You will be required to present your ID upon check-in to validate it is you. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. If any lease violations are received, the guest will be charged: Noise violation - $80 (Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends), Trash violation - $80. Approaching or entering the leasing office, or leaving keys or anything else in the leasing office, will result in immediate termination of your reservation and a penalty of $400.
