This apartment offers clean, modern comfort with resort-style amenities and walkable access to Brickell’s best dining and waterfront paths. This bright, modern apartment is designed with comfort and ease in mind and features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and 2 full bathrooms. Pack and play, high chair, and rollaway bed are available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). On-site self-parking garage rates are 0–1 hour → $13, 1–4 hours → $24, 4–10 hours → $30, 10–24 hours → $50 + tax, payable directly at the garage with no reservation required. Nearby parking is also available for $35/day (cash only). You’re in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods. Step outside and you’re surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is just a short walk, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, a unique waterfront archeological site. Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are all a quick ride away (usually 10–15 minutes). If you prefer to explore without driving, the Metromover is steps away, free, fast, and connects you to Downtown & the Arts District. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Check-ins before 11:00 AM or after 9:00 PM incur a $90 penalty due to limited on-site staff availability during those hours. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Friday–Sunday only (no weekday access). Starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay.
