It is a short walk to Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, Hilton Atlanta, Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Atlanta Convention Center at AmericasMart, Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Peachtree Center MARTA, Coca-Cola place, CNN Center/Omni Atlanta Hotel, Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Georgia World Congress Center. The best way to get around Atlanta is by MARTA, Atlanta's public transportation system. Uber and Lyft are also available in Atlanta. The building is an older building and a busy high rise, so you may hear neighbor activity in the hallway. The building is under construction, and there may be blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways. The parking lot can get creepy at night. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. The space is for residential use only and not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. Pets are not allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm carries a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the building, with a minimum fine of $50. Do not put pizza boxes or other large items into the hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50. Do not block elevator doors and hold them open, as it will shut down the elevator. Do not let people follow you into the building/elevator; only residents and guests with fobs should be allowed to enter. No one should be able to hear sounds or noise coming out of your unit at any time. Bicycles are not allowed to enter the building.
