Rental history from family members, friends, co-workers, or partners will not be considered verifiable. Applicants without verifiable third-party rental history will be required to pay a security deposit equal to two months' rent, provided all other criteria are met. * Income - minimum of 3x the monthly rent and verification required (must be documented by a 3rd party). * Criminal Background - Lynch & Co. conducts criminal background checks on all adult applicants.
