It also offers quick access to I-75. Smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fee. Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 8 am, and you may be asked to leave without a refund for violating this policy. One pet is allowed if disclosed during booking, and a $200 fee will be charged if an unreported pet is found. Please clean up dog waste, as a $100 fee will be charged if dog waste is left behind. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through a third-party provider.
