Really nice complex in Midtown just a couple blocks from UF. Literally a 5 minute walk to campus, so it's super convenient. They recently renovated all of the apartments, so they have brand new everything.

This place was SPOTLESS when I moved in my daughter. I have NEVER moved her in to place I didn’t have to scrub down I was really impressed. Management went above and beyond on the phone to walk me through some things so far it’s an amazing experience. Very clean well kept and the grounds are too.
