The neighborhood’s location offers easy access to major roads that lead to downtown Gainesville and other key areas, where you can find a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. A $250 fee will be assessed for smoking inside the home. Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 8 am, and you may be asked to leave without a refund for violations.
