This fully equipped studio includes a kitchen with full utensils, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Linens and towels are provided, along with complimentary shampoo and toilet paper for your first day. A dog is allowed with an extra cleaning fee, and certain breeds are accepted given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. If you wish to have an extra cleaning during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an extra cost. Located in a very cozy neighborhood, this bright and recently renovated apartment is in a great location. Contract requires a minimum 6-month stay. There is no parking available, but free street parking is available near the building. All check-in and check-out processes are done remotely, and you will be provided with a unique code for entry. As a host, essential items will be provided for your stay, with extras kept inside cabinets, and you must personally supply yourself thereafter. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID. You will also be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. To ensure cleaning quality and pest control, a special pest cleaning is conducted on all units between the 20th and 30th of each month, and access is required on the designated day.
