This apartment includes an open living room, exposed wood beams, exposed brick walls, a custom European kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a quartz countertop. If you have a car, please note that parking is difficult to find during late evening hours, but there is always parking available on Paterson Plank Rd, about a 5-7 minute walk in the back of the Food Bazaar Supermarket. Situated between two beautifully historical churches and close to bars and restaurants, this apartment is also on a very quiet street. Ideally located four minutes away from Jersey City, seven minutes from Hoboken, and roughly 15 minutes from NYC. Metlife Stadium is 14 minutes away, Newark Airport is 20 minutes away, and Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park is 15 minutes away. The neighborhood's development and character have been greatly influenced by two major waves of immigration, first of German speakers and then of Spanish speakers. Its two nicknames, "Embroidery Capital of the United States" and "Little Havana on the Hudson," reflect important aspects of that history. Thousands visit Union City each year to see the nation's longest-running passion play and the annual Cuban Day Parade of New Jersey. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 10 AM both outside and inside. Conversations and TV/music should be respectful during these hours, as the walls are very thin and noise travels easily. No portable speakers are allowed. Non-registered guests and visitors are strictly prohibited. Parties, small gatherings/get-togethers, events, photography, and filming are all prohibited. Extra guests and visitors not in your reservation are not permitted in the building/apartment under any circumstances without prior authorization, no matter if they're spending the night or not. A $1,000 fine per reported incident, cancellation of your booking, and police eviction will swiftly follow if contract rules are broken. If the camera is purposely blocked or covered for any reason, a $1,000 fine will be issued. All cameras are located on the exterior of the building. There are no cameras inside of the apartment. The cleaning staff does not do dishes, so please wash your dishes and place them back where you found them before check-out. Check-out is at 10 AM sharp. A $200 late fee will be charged if the property is not vacated by the respected hour. Any stains, odors (from smoke or otherwise), or damages found done to furniture/appliances, you will be responsible for the bill.
