Ideally located near the Central Business District, this newly renovated apartment features a charming kitchenette, a patented memory foam Nest Bed, and 4K Smart TVs, offering comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The on-site laundry services are free to use, with facilities located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. Building amenities include a smoke-free environment, a fully equipped gym, and a lobby area. For those traveling by car, the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with the apartment. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the apartment. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. This dynamic neighborhood blends historic charm with modern sophistication, offering the perfect setting for both business and leisure. The apartment is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. The apartment is equipped with 4K Smart TVs and Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly.
