Ideally located near the Central Business District, this newly renovated apartment features a charming kitchenette, a patented memory foam Nest Bed, and 4K Smart TVs, offering comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The on-site laundry services are free to use, with facilities located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. Building amenities include a smoke-free environment, a fully equipped gym, and a lobby area. For those traveling by car, the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with the apartment. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the apartment. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. The apartment is equipped with 4K Smart TVs and Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly.
