Located in the heart of downtown New Orleans, this condo is adjacent to The Waldorf Astoria Roosevelt Hotel and across the street from the Orpheum Theatre. It's also just a block from the French Quarter and Saenger Theatre, and within walking distance of the Mercedes Benz Superdome and Smoothie King Center. House parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. This is a non-smoking building, and any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine, plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and violators will be charged a $200 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violating the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent; violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Guests residing within a 40-mile radius must contact the trusted partner before booking. Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. A copy of a State Identification Card or Driver's License will be requested upon booking. We may use video surveillance in public areas.
