Secured parking is available for $15 a day. If the parking decal is not returned, there is a $175 fee to replace it. A $150 fee will be added if the key fob is not returned. An additional fee of $25 per night per guest will be charged for each guest after the first two. The apartment is centrally located near nightlife and within a short distance of various attractions, including 2.86 miles to World of Coca-Cola, 3.14 miles to State Farm Arena, 2.67 miles to Atlanta Botanical Garden, 1.66 miles to Georgia Institute of Technology, and 2.02 miles to the National Center for Civil and Human Rights. Attached to the building are Prevail Coffee Shop, Sweetgreen, Wagamama, and Savi Provisions. There is a Ring camera at the front door. Smoking inside is prohibited, and will incur a $250 fee along with the odor removal cost and any fines incurred from the building. Loud music is prohibited, and will incur a $100 fee. Unlisted guests/visitors will incur a $100 per person fee. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $50 fee, and checkouts more than 2 hours past the designated time will be charged the full day rate. Damages to the premises may incur a fee of up to $300. Pets are not allowed, and will incur a $100 fee. If you are a long-term tenant, the partner will inspect the unit every 2 weeks.
