Secured parking is available for $15 a day; a $175 fee will be charged if the parking decal is not returned. A $150 fee will be added if the key fob is not returned. After 2 guests, there is an additional charge of $25 per night per person. This apartment is centrally located near many attractions, including 2.86 miles to World of Coca-Cola, 3.14 miles to State Farm Arena, 2.67 miles to Atlanta Botanical Garden, 1.66 miles to Georgia Institute of Technology, and 2.02 miles to the National Center for Civil and Human Rights. There is a Ring camera at the front door.
