The living space includes a comfortable couch and a 55-inch TV. The kitchen and dining area feature a cozy dining table with chairs, a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, and a coffee maker/kettle. While not fully equipped to the quality of your own home, it is well stocked with basic kitchenware for simple meals. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and mattress, a full bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi and an on-site washer and dryer. An extra queen air mattress is available on site. An additional twin air mattress is available upon request for parties greater than 10 people. Located in a prime location in Sugar Hill, this home is minutes away from the Mall of Georgia, approximately 15-20 minutes from Lake Lanier, and close to the Gas South Arena and major highways. Check-in is at 4 pm. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited anywhere inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, and any violation will result in an additional $250 cleaning charge. Loud noises, parties, or any type of event that will disturb neighbors or the surrounding area are not allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, and strictly no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation are allowed. Unregistered guests will automatically result in an additional charge of $50/guest/night, regardless of age. Illegal activities are prohibited. Please take off your shoes when entering the house. Do not park any car on the street after 9 pm. The maximum number of cars that can park on our premise is 4 standard-size cars, and strictly no overnight parking is allowed on the street. A penalty fee of half the night’s stay will be applied automatically for late check out. If a pet is approved, a nonrefundable pet fee of $150/pet/stay will be applied, with a maximum of 2 pets/stay. Local guests must communicate before proceeding with booking. You must ensure you have a crime-free record and will not carry any weapons to the property. If any house rules are violated during your stay, the reservation may be canceled immediately, with immediate removal of all guests and no refund issued.
