The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a coffee and tea bar with complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and sweeteners. Cookware and dinnerware, including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, and glasses, are provided. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent provided. Private garage parking is available for one car. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, this property is minutes from Uptown Charlotte’s restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. Nearby attractions include the NASCAR Hall of Fame (3.5 miles), Discovery Place Science (3.5 miles), Carowinds Amusement Park (16 miles), Billy Graham Library (10 miles), U.S. National Whitewater Center (14 miles), Spectrum Center (3 miles), SouthPark Mall (6 miles), Bank of America Stadium (3.5 miles), Camp North End (5 miles), NoDa (North Davidson Arts District) (4 miles), Plaza Midwood (3.5 miles), and Freedom Park (5 miles). Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum, including avoiding loud conversations, TV, music, or activity that may disturb neighbors. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. This property is equipped with Minut noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. The unit is equipped with active smoke detectors. If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. There is zero tolerance for tampering with any in-unit devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters noted in the house manual located in the Guest Portal. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. The exterior is monitored via Ring cameras and any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.
