Known as America’s most historic square mile, Olde City offers historic sites such as Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell, Christ Church, and the Betsy Ross House. Stroll through Elfreth’s Alley, a historic street dating back to 1702. The renowned Olde City arts and music district is home to more than 50 art galleries and showrooms and offers great American fare and international cuisines. The Market-Frankford subway line is steps away, and Uber, Lyft, and taxis provide easy access to anywhere in the city. Independence National Historical Park, Elfreth’s Alley, and the Betsy Ross House are within walking distance. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $50 per pet, up to a maximum of 2 pets. The total pet fee will not exceed $200 per pet per month. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and pets must be well-behaved. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm. No smoking is allowed, and no parties or events are permitted. A $1000 charge will be applied for smoking of any kind, and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary. Smoking will also incur a $500 ozone treatment. Driver's licenses or passports are required for all adults staying in the house. Do not disrespect the neighbors. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Exterior doorbell cameras are installed outside the apartment unit, monitoring the building’s interior hallways.
