The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent; violators will be charged a $500 fine. The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings. There is no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed; violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction; violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the trusted partner before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking.
