The full kitchen is equipped for preparing simple meals, from morning coffee to dinner. Step outside to a small patio or balcony with seating for two and a BBQ grill. Free parking is available on the premises. This apartment is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two pets not exceeding 50 lbs each, with a one-time fee of $150 per pet. Situated on a quiet complex in Lutz, this apartment is conveniently located near popular Tampa-area destinations, including the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens, MOSI, various parks, and a range of dining options. Major roads provide easy access for exploring the surrounding area. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am, and guests are asked to be considerate while socializing outdoors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or anywhere else on the property. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior coordination and may incur a fee of $350. Failure to properly bag and dispose of trash can result in fines up to $200. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, and the individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and stay at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing, and only registered guests may stay overnight. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed three, with parking available in "Visitor" spaces. Guests are encouraged to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors. No fireworks or firearms (unless locked in a vehicle) are permitted. Report any damages immediately. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night stays, a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold) is required. For stays of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at $150).
