Very impressed. This is the second apartment building I've rented with. My last apartment at a different complex in another city, wasn't cleaned before I moved in so I was really worried about what I was coming into. The apartment was cleaned so well that I literally couldn't find one speck of dirt, even on the floor, and I used to work in Hospitality Management where I inspected rooms and PM's religiously. Nothing gets past me. The ME is great at what he does. Minor issue got immediately solved. At my last apartment it would take over a week to even get an update of when maintenance could stop by. Leanna and Cody are the two I worked with. They are both really great. Leanna glows with joy and passion in her work. My dog loves her. I've already referred this place to 3 people who are currently looking because it's such a beautiful community. I recorded a video from my balcony (nature view) and it literally sounds like I'm camping in a jungle but I'm not, I'm in a cozy apartment. It was so peaceful and relaxing, I listen to that more than I do TV/music. I also wanted to note for those who are concerned about relocating or moving to a new area that they don't know, I feel very safe here and even the residents I've spoke with have been very welcoming and nice. Stop thinking about it, just rent with them already!

My son and I moved into our new apartment on March 5. Edgar was very helpful in getting everything done as quickly as possible. Leanna is the most helpful girl in the office , she is very energetic and always helps if we have any questions she will always help . The apartments are clean , quiet community , for a family this is the best place . Thanks to the guys from the office for everything, we are very satisfied.

UPDATE BELOW: I have been a resident since November 2021. Ashley Giddings was my initial leasing contact. She was great! Cody is my office leasing contact now. He has been nothing short of amazing! The office staff in general, but Cody in particular have been professional, kind and receptive to my every concern. Living here has been an adjustment, coming from a larger home but the 2br offers plenty of space. The patio is massive compared to other apartments. My apartment was upgraded with modern appliances. Large washer (thank you Cody) and dryer. The grounds are well maintained. This is a pet friendly community but people pick up after their pets. The community stresses that residents be mindful of loud noise so this is great! The pool, exercise and yoga rooms are beautiful and well maintained. Overall, I enjoy living here. It is peaceful! My only complaint is that I wish they would do a better job cleaning the stairs and landings. I have asked that they steam clean so I hope this is coming. They are repaving the roadways as part of their upgrading. The maintenance team is very responsive. Valet trash pick up is great perk. After 5 months I am pleased. Highly recommended development. Thanks again Cody for helping to make my apartment living experience, thus far, a positive one. UPDATE: It is now Sept 2024 and things have changed. The stairs are frequently dirty with cob webs. We used to have recycling (never enough) bins but they were being treated like trash containers, so other than holding residents accountable, the bins were removed so residents like myself who would like to recycle cannot. What about the cameras?? The maintenance crew are responsive so please do what is needed to keep them. The trash near the compactor is outrageous! It is frustrating to walk out my apartment and have to look at trash strewn all over, almost every weekend. The pictures are real. What about the cameras??? Something needs to be done. Living here requires that you adjust your expectations. I can’t honestly call this luxury living.
