I love visiting the office and talking with Ashley — she is always helpful, always updates me when maintenance will be here, and is a general pleasure to be around. I’ve lived a lot of places and you either usually get someone who is nice but doesn’t know what they are doing or someone who is rude and sometimes gets things done. Ashley is the best of both and she makes me feel like this is my community — not just a townhouse. If you want to feel like you’re part of a community and not just a number — request her!

When came for a tour I was told the unit I wanted to rent couldn’t be shown to me that only the model could be shown. When I moved in the unit was dirty the floor and door dusty, the toilets with stain and pee on the seats, the dishwasher was broken, the fridge looks ugly uneven in color and is not making ice. We lived almost two weeks without hot water, we have to call over and over to the office to beg for when they will complete the tickets. There is not real management to make complaints to. The maintenance guy Brandon asked me to find somebody else to fix my door that does not lock and the ADT FEATURE can’t be used with the code. The fridge has not been replaced either.
