It's also a 5-minute drive from Riley Hospital, IU Health University Hospital, Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital, Kindred Care Hospital, IU School of Medicine, and IUPUI main campus. Public transportation, Uber, Lyft, and Pacers Bike Share information are highlighted in the welcome book. Quiet hours are strictly from 10 PM to 7 AM daily. Noise sensors will alarm if you exceed an acceptable noise level, and after two warnings from property management, you will receive a $250 fine. Please keep interaction with other tenants to a minimum. Pets are not permitted in the rental unless permission was granted prior to the visit; if pets are found without approval, you will receive a $500 fine. No smoking or vaping of any materials is allowed in the rental, balcony, or any on-site facilities, and doing so will result in a $500 fine. Due to COVID-19 social distancing guidelines and the quiet, private nature of the building, there is a zero-tolerance policy for parties and gatherings of more than eight people, and failure to observe this rule may result in immediate removal from the building with a $500 fine.
