An in-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available for your convenience. Pets are allowed. RV sewer hookup is available in the driveway. Driveway parking is available. Located in the vibrant and family-friendly Rancho Peñasquitos, Mira Mesa area, this home offers quick access to major freeways (I-15 and I-805), making it easy to reach downtown San Diego, La Jolla, beaches, Disneyland, or Mexico. You're also only 20–25 minutes from the beaches of Torrey Pines, La Jolla Shores, and Pacific Beach, and less than 30 minutes from San Diego International Airport. Enjoy a variety of nearby shopping centers and restaurants with Asian, Mexican, American, and European cuisine. Please keep noise to a low level at all times, and after 9 PM, all activities must move indoors with windows and doors closed to avoid disturbing neighbors. Excessive noise may lead to neighbor complaints or visits from local authorities, and a $1,000 violation fee may apply, as it could risk the suspension of the listing or your account. Each unauthorized guest or pet may incur a $100 per person/pet per day/night fee. Tampering or disconnecting security camera, noise monitor, or other security devices will result in a $1000 fine. A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc. If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints. Garage access is unavailable today. Fast 5G AT&T Wi-Fi is available, easily fast enough to host an online meeting or share a large file with clients or colleagues. A choice of desks and chairs are available inside and outside. Please follow common-sense shared pool etiquette as if you are in a public pool.
