Welcome to this family home in Rancho Penasquitos, San Diego, where you can feel at home. This spacious house features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This house features a kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee machine, and essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar, and salt. There are dining tables and chairs, both inside and outside, for at least 16 people. The bathrooms are fully stocked with a walk-in shower, bathtub, shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. An in-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available for your convenience. Driveway parking is available for at least 4 cars. Pets are welcome. Use Google Maps with "Via Tres Vistas, San Diego CA 92129" for accurate distances to specific locations. Please keep noise to a low level at all times, and after 9 PM, all activities must move indoors with windows and doors closed to avoid disturbing neighbors. Excessive noise may lead to neighbor complaints or visits from local authorities, a $1,000 violation fee may apply, as it could risk the suspension of the listing or your account. Only guests and pets counted on the reservation are allowed on the property. Each unauthorized guest or pet may incur a $100 per person/pet per day/night fee. Visitors (non-overnight guests) are welcome with advance notice, subject to approval, and counted as half a guest toward the guest count. Tampering or disconnecting security camera, noise monitor or other security devices will result in $1000 fine. A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc. If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints. Smoking is allowed outside of the home only, and please close all doors and windows to prevent smell from getting into the home. Fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi is available, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy.
