Bright and charming, this beautifully designed carriage house features vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and rich hardwood floors, creating a warm, airy atmosphere. Inside, you'll find a cozy living area and a well-equipped kitchenette with a pull-out drawer–style refrigerator and freezer, along with a private in-unit combo washer/dryer. Located in the heart of Old Fourth Ward—one of Atlanta’s oldest and most vibrant neighborhoods—you’ll be surrounded by culture, green space, and convenience. The BeltLine Eastside Trail, Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market, and Historic Fourth Ward Park are all just minutes away, along with acclaimed restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. Mercedes-Benz Stadium is less than 3 miles away. This apartment is not suitable for children under 12 due to the layout and design of the space. There will be a $200 charge if the no smoking rule is not followed. Parties or events are not allowed, and there cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. Please refrain from making noise past 11 pm. Pets are not allowed. A late check-out fee of $50 applies for unauthorized check-outs after 11:00 am. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Located in the heart of Old Fourth Ward, this home offers excellent access to a variety of transportation options that make getting around Atlanta both convenient and flexible. Nearby are multiple MARTA bus routes, including the 3, 809, 816, and the 899 Old Fourth Ward Circulator, which connects key points of interest like North Avenue and King Memorial stations. For rail access, both the King Memorial and Edgewood-Candler Park MARTA stations are within easy reach, offering quick connections to Downtown, Midtown, the airport, and beyond. One of the neighborhood’s most valuable assets is the Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail, located just a short walk away. This vibrant multi-use path is a hub for walkers, joggers, and cyclists, linking Old Fourth Ward with nearby neighborhoods like Inman Park, Poncey-Highland, and Virginia-Highland. Along the trail, residents can easily access Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market, green spaces like Historic Fourth Ward Park, and a variety of restaurants, shops, and cafes. The BeltLine also makes car-free commuting a viable and enjoyable option. In addition to public transit and the BeltLine, the area is well-supported by scooter and bike-share programs such as Bird, Lime, and Relay Bike Share, with numerous pick-up and drop-off locations throughout the neighborhood. These services make it easy to explore or commute without relying on a personal vehicle. Altogether, the Old Fourth Ward’s transit-friendly infrastructure, walkability, and access to shared mobility options create an ideal environment for anyone seeking a connected, urban lifestyle in one of Atlanta’s most energetic and evolving neighborhoods.
