This unit offers 997 square feet of space. Downtown SeaClusion is a unit overlooking Biscayne Bay. You'll love the beautiful hot tub, available all year. A state-of-the-art gym is available on the RG level, open from 6am to 9pm. On-site gourmet restaurants are also available. Valet service is the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days, with a daily valet fee of $48, paid directly to the building. If you are staying 21 days or longer, a parking spot is available for $160 for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, the parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Discover the best of Miami at The Grand! Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, The Grand offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations, including South Beach (8 minutes/3 miles), Wynwood (5 minutes), Brickell City Center (2 miles south), Design District (2 miles north), Arsht Center and Kaseya Center, and Downtown Miami nightlife. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 2 children, and there are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. Includes a dedicated workspace and 400Mbps Wi-Fi.
