The open-concept kitchen includes a round dining table for four. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available. This property features a gated outdoor space with seating and cornhole, perfect for relaxing or playing games. A pack and play and kid-friendly plates and utensils are available. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Events are allowed with an additional event fee, please inquire for pricing. Enjoy a convenient location, just 10 minutes to Kyle Field, 2 minutes to Easterwood Airport, and 5 minutes from the Fire School. Downtown Bryan is also a short 12-minute drive away. Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the property; evidence of smoking will result in a $400 charge to deodorize the home. Visitors other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight; unauthorized guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Guests must be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. These devices are on the exterior of the property. Guests must digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. The thermostat should not be set below 69 degrees in the summer or above 80 degrees when leaving, and should be set to 60 degrees in the winter when leaving. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Feminine products or other products flushed can clog the plumbing system, and guests will be charged the cost of repair. No candles may be burned in the house or on the property. A grill is available and should be cleaned after each use. A burn ban may be in effect for the firepit. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, as only an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Trash must be collected, bagged, and placed into the city garbage bin; failure to do so will result in a $25 charge. Guests must close and lock all windows, close blinds, and lock all doors. Tampering with security cameras will result in charges for damages. The office space includes a small desk and swivel chair, perfect for work or reading.
