The Fairmount Subway Station is only a 2-minute walk away, located at the corner of Broad and Fairmount Street, just down the street. It provides a smooth and quick journey to Center City and iconic Philadelphia landmarks like Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art—all just 5 to 15 minutes away. Rittenhouse Square, Reading Terminal Market, and City Hall are all easily accessible, and you’ll also find great local spots like Northern Liberties and Kensington close by, perfect for enjoying the local culture, food, and entertainment. This location truly can't be beat as you’re not only close to all the top attractions but also to convenient transportation, making it perfect for those who want to experience the best of Philadelphia. Quiet hours both outside and inside are from 9 PM to 10 AM, and conversations, TV, and music should be kept at a respectful tone during these hours. Non-registered guests and visitors are strictly prohibited. Parties, small gatherings, events, and filming are all prohibited. Extra guests and visitors not in your reservation are not permitted in the building or apartment under any circumstances without prior authorization. A $1,000 fine per reported incident, cancellation of your booking, and police eviction will swiftly follow if contract rules are broken. If our camera is purposely blocked or covered for any reason, a $1,000 fine will be issued. Our cleaners do a thorough inspection during each turnover, and any stains, odors from smoke or otherwise, or damages to our furniture or appliances will result in you being responsible for the bill. Please wash your dishes before check-out as our cleaning staff does not do dishes. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including but not limited to paper towels, wipes, condoms, hair, and foreign objects. If there is a backup during your stay or on the day of check-out, you may be liable for the plumbing bill. In the event of an emergency, we reserve the right to enter the apartment without prior consent to resolve the issue. Wi-Fi is currently unavailable as we are still waiting for installation. Since the building is newly constructed, the process is taking longer than expected, but we are actively working on it. Unauthorized late check-out fee: $200. No smoking of any substance.
