Unauthorized late check-out will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. A valid credit card is required at check-in for the incidental hold. Guests with pets must adhere to specific rules, including a maximum weight of 75 pounds for dogs, a limit of one pet per unit, and adherence to local laws and regulations regarding pet ownership.
