This home features a chef's kitchen, a jetted tub, a washer and dryer, portable and window AC units, and four TVs with streaming apps. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a 4-burner electric range stove with built-in griddle, a spacious oven plus an extra smaller side oven, ample counter space, a dishwasher, a full-sized fridge/freezer, a microwave, a trash compactor, a blender, a 4-slice toaster, a rice cooker, a 2-basket XL air fryer, a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a French press, a burr mill coffee grinder (coffee/beans provided), tea, sugar, creamer, a ceiling-mounted pot rack, all cookware and dishware, and cooking necessities (oil, salt, pepper, miscellaneous herbs, spices, sauces, and seasonings). Up to two well-trained dogs under 50lbs each are welcome for an additional cleaning fee of $85 per dog per stay. Located in a quiet, safe, and private residential neighborhood, this home is walkable to cafes, parks, and restaurants, and is close to California Ave with easy access to downtown West Seattle and the Fauntleroy Ferry. It is 3 minutes to Thriftway, 4 minutes to Lincoln Park, and 6 minutes to Westwood Village. You are welcome to bring up to two well-trained dogs under 50lbs each, with the explicit agreement that they will not go onto any of the furniture and that they will never be left unattended at the premises or unleashed when outside. It is the responsibility of the guests to clean up all messes, droppings, or other damage caused by the pets. Any unauthorized pets found during the stay are subject to a $350 fine. This is an older home and the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper and narrower than normal staircases, so please be extra mindful and careful while on these stairs. Be smart and be safe while using the decks and do not allow children on the decks unsupervised. If children are sleeping in the flex room or the master bedroom, make sure the deck doors remain locked while children are unsupervised or sleeping. Includes high-speed internet and desk/work areas.
