This home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner electric range stove, spacious oven, smaller side oven, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. Enjoy ample counter space, a trash compactor, blender, 4-slice toaster, rice cooker, air fryer, and a variety of coffee and tea-making options. The living room features ample seating and a large smart TV with streaming apps. The flex room can be used as a sunroom or a fourth bedroom, complete with a smart TV. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, premium bedding, direct access to a top-floor deck, a walk-in closet, and a smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, window AC, closet, dressers, and a smart TV. Bedroom 3 features a queen-size bed, closet, and a small seating area. Both bathrooms include a shower/tub combo, premium linens, and are fully stocked with toiletries. Free parking is available in the dedicated driveway, with additional free street parking also available. Up to two well-trained dogs under 50lbs each are welcome for an additional cleaning fee of $85 per dog per stay, with the agreement that they will not go onto furniture and will never be left unattended or unleashed outside. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet messes. Located in the peaceful Gatewood neighborhood of West Seattle, this home is privately situated yet walkable to cafes, parks, and restaurants. It's close to California Ave and offers easy access to downtown West Seattle and the Fauntleroy Ferry. Enjoy proximity to Westwood Village shopping center and Lincoln Park, with other smaller parks nearby. Nearby bus stops serve the 22 Metro bus line. Please be aware that the stairs to the second floor are steeper and narrower than normal. For safety, please be mindful and careful on these stairs. Do not allow children on the decks unsupervised. If children are sleeping in the flex room or master bedroom, ensure deck doors remain locked while children are unsupervised or sleeping.
