The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and blackout shades. The living space has a couch, table for three, and Roku TV. Fast Starlink Wi-Fi covers the home. A Level 2 EV charger is available for your use. Well-behaved dogs are welcome when added to the reservation. The home is located 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca, 17 minutes from Cornell, and 14 minutes from Ithaca College. Outside, enjoy a private yard with a fire pit (firewood and starter included with your stay), hammock, BBQ, and eating area. The 900' driveway is on a hill, and while snow and ice are managed around the clock, a winter-capable vehicle is highly recommended. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Cats and other pets are not allowed.
