The new condo will be completed in the summer of 2022, each room has its own wall-mounted air conditioner by LG. I love this brand-new condo and the price is a little better than other condos in Ithaca, although they are all very expensive.

Expensive with subpar amenities. Poor communication within management. Tried to charge me over $2000 for water one month because of a leakage that they didn’t have fixed when I arrived. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Never closed out/told me to close out my account, so I was charged electric even after moving out. Honestly, you can find a better place.
