The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed with direct access to a full bathroom. A third room serves as a cozy office and sitting area, featuring a workspace. Guests have access to two bikes. Up to two pets (50 lbs max each) are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet. Located just minutes from Downtown Atlanta, the BeltLine, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and the vibrant West End, The Westside Station provides easy access to the city’s best attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. The Ashby MARTA Station is less than a 5-minute walk, providing direct rail access to Downtown, Midtown, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Several bus routes also serve the area, connecting you to nearby neighborhoods and attractions. This apartment is steps from the future Westside BeltLine Trail. Smoking or use of fire is not permitted in the apartment, including the use of vape pens and marijuana, and there will be a $1000 charge if this rule is not followed. Parties or events are not allowed, and there cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. Please refrain from making noise past 11PM. A late check-out fee of $50 applies for unauthorized check-outs after 11:00 am. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. If not following any of the rules forces the trusted partner to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs. If these policies are violated it will result in your reservation being terminated with no refund and guests asked to leave premises.
