Garage parking is available for $150 per month, and dedicated off-street uncovered parking is $100 per month. Paid parking spots are first come, first serve. The apartment is dog-friendly with a pet rent of $90 per dog per month, but there is a strict no cats policy. The apartment is ideally located less than a block from City Park and just 5 minutes from Cheesman Park and the Botanic Gardens. It's 8 blocks to Sprouts Farmers Market, 8 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District, and 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi. Red Rocks is a 30-minute drive, and ski resorts are about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose, which are 5 minutes away, and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO, which are 15 minutes away. The apartment is a long-term furnished rental, not a 24/7 bed and breakfast or full-service hotel. The team is available during business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. Check-out time is 10 AM, and failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. All properties are non-smoking and non-vaping, with violation resulting in damage fees. Noise disturbances are taken seriously, with warnings given for reported issues and potential eviction for repeated disturbances without refund.
