Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-arranged. If the night prior to your stay is available, it can be blocked off for you at half the price for an early check-in. Similarly, if there is no one booked the night of your check-out date, the night can be blocked off for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price. Any stay of 3 weeks or more will incur an extra cleaning fee. Situated in a prime location just minutes from Broadway and all major attractions, this apartment is on 8th Avenue South and adjacent to the Waverly Neighborhood. Walk to Hattie B's, Zanies, Baked on 8th, and other local restaurants, cafes, and shops. It's a short drive to popular destinations: 9 minutes to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena, 7 minutes to The Gulch, 5 minutes to Geodis Park, 8 minutes to Nissan Stadium, 4 minutes to 12 South, 6 minutes to Vanderbilt, and 5 minutes to Belmont. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available for convenient transportation. Quiet hours are in place to respect neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Excessive mess is not covered by the cleaning fee, and additional fees may apply if the space is not left in good condition.
