The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, including a coffee machine and essential cooking tools. Enjoy additional amenities like a heated pool with cabanas, a putting green, a gym, and a BBQ area, with pool towels provided for your convenience. This pet-friendly property welcomes pets with a fee of $150 per pet, regardless of breed or size. Pet weight and size restrictions may apply, with a maximum combined weight of 120 pounds for up to two domesticated pets. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM, with early and late options available upon inquiry. A strict no-smoking policy is in place, with a $100 cleaning fee for any smoke smell. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM, and parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Violations of guest count rules incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved.
