The apartment features a king bed and a sofa bed, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen, all within 900 square feet of space. Enjoy resort-style amenities, including a 300-foot pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, free fitness classes, and a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center. On-site dining options include Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, and 15th & Vine. The apartment is equipped with high-end toiletries for your convenience. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Please note that the pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025. Ideally located, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and certain conditions apply. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you can work comfortably from home.
