The master bedroom features a split king-size bed with adjustable head and foot incline and a memory foam mattress, along with a smart TV. There are also two twin extra-large beds with similar adjustable features and a smart TV. The living room includes a sofa bed and a smart TV. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, blender, toaster, pots, and pans. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, workspace with a desk, high-speed internet, and Wi-Fi. Daily essentials such as towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided, along with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, hangers, safe box, luggage rack, and a laptop-friendly workspace. The apartment includes one parking space for a compact car. A pet up to 20 pounds is welcome with an additional fee of $100. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, with fees of $50 for 2 hours, 50% of the day's rate for 2 to 3 hours, and 100% of the day's rate for more than 4 hours. Miami Airport is a 15-minute drive, Downtown Coral Gables is a 5-minute walk, and Downtown Coconut Grove is a 6-minute walk. The neighborhood offers everything within walking distance, including supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, and shopping malls. Explore nearby attractions such as Merrick Park, The Grove, and Coral Gables. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, with a $450 fine for violations. Guests will be charged for any damaged linens and an extra cleaning fee of $200 for stains inside the apartment or on the building grounds. Personal items left behind are not the responsibility of the host, and guests have up to 10 days to claim lost items. Package deliveries can only be made during your stay. Charges apply for replacement of linens used improperly: $5 per hand towel, $10 per bath towel, $25 per twin set, $40 per queen set, and $55 per king set.
