Absolutely no decorations may be adhered to the walls, fixtures, or furniture; failure to follow this will result in a fine. Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on the property unless pre-approved prior to your stay. There is a zero tolerance policy on the property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come and go.
