Enhance your stay with optional rentals of super light, durable backpack-style beach chairs and custom golf carts available through your Guest Portal at the time of booking. Situated off Glenn's Bay Road, a golf cart-friendly road with a 30 MPH speed limit, The Retreat at Glenn's Bay is just two minutes from downtown Surfside, known for its delicious eateries and vibrant nightlife. A mile further lies the stunning new Surfside Pier, offering more dining options, ice cream shops, retail outlets, and public beach access with golf cart parking. Public parking is available for approximately $10 per day. Within a 10-minute drive, you'll find three grocery stores, including Piggly Wiggly, less than a quarter mile away and accessible by golf cart. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve. No smoking or pets are permitted on the property. Check-in is between 4:00-10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy is eight, including children, as per the fire code. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM according to city ordinance. Please adhere to the checkout policy, which includes running dishes through the dishwasher, piling towels in bathrooms, leaving bed sheets on beds, discarding all food and trash, turning off lights and appliances, setting the A/C to 74 degrees, and locking all doors and windows. Each unit is allocated one parking space, with additional parking available in the overflow lot. Trailers require prior approval from the Homeowner's Association. A laptop computer is not included.
