Located on the front half of the property, it can be rented alone or with a more spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on the back half, allowing the whole family to come together while still having their own separate spaces. Situated just 4 blocks from the public beach access at the end of Seabreeze Drive in Garden City Beach, you'll enjoy proximity to the beach without the crowds and noise of nearby resorts. This family retreat offers fantastic outdoor dining and entertaining spaces and plenty of on-site free parking. Step inside to a bright, welcoming interior filled with natural light and a cozy atmosphere. The living area is styled with contemporary finishings, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space, making it easy to prepare everything from family meals to beach-day snacks. This home offers two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed, both designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The rooms connect to a convenient Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, providing comfort and privacy. Outside, enjoy a fully fenced yard ideal for your furry friends (with host approval) and fire up the charcoal grill for a relaxed evening at home. One dog under 35 lbs is permitted with a $150 pet cleaning fee. We provide linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, and washcloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods, all included with the cleaning fee. You will want to bring pool or beach towels for your stay. We also have some fun beach gear at the home that you are welcome to use during your stay. Located just 4 blocks from the public beach access off Seabreeze Drive in Garden City Beach, you will be close to shopping with grocery stores, coffee shops, delicious restaurants, a surf shop, and more. Renting one of our 4 or 6-seater golf carts is highly recommended for your stay as they are the perfect way to get around Garden City, and you will find beach parking much easier than with your car. We provide the gas for the rental, and there is an onboard sound bar so you can play all your favorite tunes while cruising. The property is non-smoking, and there is a quiet time between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 4, including infants and children. There is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.

The second bedroom offers two queen beds and another Roku TV, perfect for the kids. The third bedroom has a separate HVAC system, Roku TV, and private access to the screened porch. We offer golf cart rentals, providing gas for your convenience, and an onboard sound bar for entertainment. One dog under 35 lbs is permitted with a $150 pet cleaning fee.
