Located in the Golf Colony of Deerfield, feel at home in this luxurious loft-style condo in the heart of Surfside Beach, just 1.5 miles from the beach. Upon entering the condo on the second floor, a short flight of stairs leads to the main living area. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating for two, with an adjacent dining table for four. A fully remodeled bathroom with a large stand-up shower is located just off the kitchen, along with a spacious closet for clothing storage. The living room features vaulted ceilings and a queen Murphy bed that folds away for extra space. A covered porch offers a small dining table and seating with views of the pool, grilling deck, and garden courtyard. The loft provides a queen bed and a 40+ inch Roku TV with premium cable and streaming options. The pool deck offers lounge chairs and dining tables, while the grilling deck features charcoal grills and smokers. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, two dishwasher pods, and two laundry pods. The bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Beach and pool towels are not provided. You can rent a gas-powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far, and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Electric carts are not permitted as there aren't charging stations. Close to the Surfside beaches, Golf Colony at Deerfield is quieter and more family-friendly than Myrtle Beach. You will still be close to the Surfside Beaches, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, and Myrtle Beach restaurants and amenities/attractions. It's just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Public parking is available at the Surfside Beach Pier and other public beach access points in Surfside. Myrtle Beach State Park is also recommended, which has a small fee to park for the day, but gets you access to easy parking, a snack bar, fishing pier, and public restrooms. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 people, including infants and children. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.
