Just 1.5 miles from the beach, this condo offers an unforgettable experience in the heart of Surfside Beach. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating for two, with an adjacent dining table for four. A fully remodeled bathroom with a large stand-up shower is located just off the kitchen, along with a spacious closet for clothing storage. The living room features vaulted ceilings and a queen Murphy bed that folds away for extra space. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, two dishwasher and two laundry pods. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. You can rent a gas-powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far, and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please, no electric carts as there aren't charging stations. Close to the Surfside beaches, Golf Colony at Deerfield is quieter and more family-friendly than Myrtle Beach. You'll still be close to the Surfside Beaches, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, and Myrtle Beach restaurants and amenities/attractions. Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 people, including infants and children.
