This villa is located in Golf Colony Resort, tucked quietly back in the Deerfield subdivision, about 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access points. This villa has everything for a relaxing vacation. The king-size bed and beautiful sideboard are in the huge bedroom, and a high-end sofa and dining table complete the space. Linens are provided for all beds, as well as bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen includes a roll of paper towels, hand and dish soaps, and 2 dish pods. There are also 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 laundry pods. Pool and beach towels are not provided. Backpack-style beach chairs are available to rent through a link provided after booking. Each unit is allowed 1 parking space. All others must park in overflow parking just across from the main lot. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Golf Colony is located in the Deerfield subdivision of Surfside Beach, comfortably sandwiched between US Hwy 17 Bypass and Hwy 17 Business. There are 4 grocery stores within 2 miles along with a variety of restaurants. Surfside Drive and the selections near the new Surfside Pier are nearby. Occupancy may not exceed 4, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am. The minimum age to book is 25. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
