Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Access to the pool is included. A car is recommended for getting around. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. Golf Colony, nestled in the Deerfield subdivision of Surfside Beach, offers a prime location between US Hwy 17 Bypass and Hwy 17 Business. You're just a short 1.5-mile drive from Surfside Beach. Within a 2-mile radius, you'll find four grocery stores. Explore the diverse culinary scene with numerous restaurants catering to every palate. A visit to Surfside Drive and the area near the newly renovated Surfside Pier is highly recommended for dining and entertainment options. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 people, including infants and children. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.
