This family-friendly home is just a mile from the beach and perfect for golf cart rides. This well-maintained and modern single-family home features an open-plan living area with a spacious living room with plenty of seating, a 60" Roku TV with cable, and fast Wi-Fi. The dining area includes a table for four, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Just off the kitchen is a mud room with a brand new full-sized washer and dryer and access to the 1-car garage/golf cart barn. Step out of the kitchen onto the meticulously restored patio with comfortable seating for six and a gas grill. For a super fun vacation, consider renting a gas-powered golf cart for rides to the beach and restaurants. Uber is available but may be limited at times and costs about $25-30 to get from the airport to the location. Located in the Deerfield neighborhood of Surfside, this home is in the middle of all the action Surfside Beach has to offer, without all the noise. Myrtle Beach is just 15 minutes north, and Murrells Inlet, the Marsh Walk, Huntington Beach State Park, and Brookgreen Gardens are 15 minutes south. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Please ensure you are attending the gas grill at all times during usage. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and placed in the trash can outside. No fireworks or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted. Please limit parking to the driveway only. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am.
