There is a fully remodeled bath with a large stand-up shower just off the kitchen and a large closet for clothing storage. You will love the vaulted ceilings with tons of natural light flooding in. The living room contains additional clothing storage as well as a comfortable queen murphy bed that conveniently folds away to provide more space when not in use. There is also a fully covered porch with a small dining table and seating with a bird's eye view of the pool, grilling deck, and garden courtyard just below. Heading up to the loft, you will find another comfortable queen bed with a 40+" Roku TV, and all TVs have premium cable in addition to streaming options in case you want to watch local channels. The pool deck below has plenty of lounge chairs plus dining tables with umbrellas, and the grilling deck with charcoal grills and smokers can't be beat! Linen service for all beds in the home, as well as bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths, is available for an additional fee of $50 for your stay. Located in the heart of Surfside Beach and just 1.5 miles from the beach, you will have full access to the condo with no shared spaces other than the pool deck and grilling areas that are shared with a small amount of condos in the community, meaning they are rarely ever full, even during peak summer months. The pool is also open year-round! No pets or smoking are allowed inside the condo. Routine pest control treatment may be scheduled during your stay, typically occurring on the second Monday of odd months. The pest control technician, who is fully licensed and insured, will need access to your unit to perform the service and will knock before entering. A fine may be applied if entry is refused. | |||

Guests must be 25 or older to book. Routine pest control treatment may be scheduled during your stay, typically occurring on the second Tuesday of each month.
