The living room contains additional clothing storage as well as a comfortable queen murphy bed that conveniently folds away to provide more space when not in use. There is also a fully covered porch with a small dining table and seating with a bird's eye view of the pool, grilling deck, and garden courtyard just below. Heading up to the loft, you will find another comfortable queen bed with a 40+" Roku TV, and all TVs have premium cable in addition to streaming options in case you want to watch local channels.
